Each new order will be fulfilled in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will be ready for pick-up within 3-15 business days of the purchase date.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email/ text letting you know your order is now ready for pick-up. Make sure to read the instructions in the email/ text before coming to pick-up your purchase.
Pick-Up Days & Times
We offer local pick-up Monday thru Friday, 6pm to 8pm
You have five business days to pick up your order once you receive the notice "Your Order Is Ready For Pick-Up"

If after that time you still have not contacted us to make special arrangements or picked up your purchase, you will be given a store credit in the amount of your purchase minus a $25 restocking fee and the item(s) will be added back to our inventory for resale.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product's availability date changes. Please contact our Guest Services Team for additional information.
All prices in our stores and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
That our Pick-Up police can change at any time without notification to our customers. If our pick-up police changes it will be updated here in our Pick-Up Police.
