These Terms govern your use of creatingcountrydecor.com and purchases through our store, together with the policies linked below. Please read them before using the website or placing an order.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform supporting our website and checkout.
You must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, harass others, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. We may restrict access or decline transactions involving misuse, fraud, or other legitimate business concerns, subject to applicable law.
CCD offers primitive and country-vintage home decor, including selected handmade items. We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may vary with screens and lighting. Handmade, aged, and vintage-style items may have natural differences in finish, texture, shape, or size, as described in the listing. Those characteristics do not replace our responsibility to address damaged, defective, or incorrect items under our Return Policy and applicable law.
Please review each listing's dimensions, materials, quantities, care instructions, and intended use before ordering. Items described as decorative are intended for display and should not be used as food, toys, or functional household items unless the listing expressly states that use.
Availability may be limited. We may update listings, discontinue products, or limit quantities or delivery destinations where permitted by law.
Product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are displayed through the ordering and checkout process. Prices for future purchases may change. Payment options are those offered at checkout and may be subject to the payment provider's terms.
Please provide complete and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not prevent us from contacting you about an availability issue, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. If an issue requires a change to your order, we will contact you. If we cancel an order, payments for the canceled items will be refunded as required by applicable law.
We may correct listing errors. We will not require you to accept an increased price for an already placed order without your agreement.
Order preparation, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and international-order arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Contact us if you have an order concern.
Local pickup is scheduled by CCD. Once your order has been processed and is ready, we will call you to arrange a pickup date and time. Please provide a valid telephone number and wait for your appointment before arriving. See our Pick-Up Policy for details.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains return-request deadlines, approval requirements, cancellation terms, return shipping, applicable deductions, and how approved returns are resolved. Please contact us before sending an item back. The policy includes separate treatment for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Items identified as final sale before purchase are subject to that designation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Gift cards are generally nonreturnable and not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Nothing in these Terms or our policies removes mandatory consumer protections.
CCD's original website text, photographs, graphics, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the website for personal shopping and reference. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission, except where the law permits it.
Links and optional services supplied by third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control those providers' websites or practices. Review their applicable terms and privacy policies. This does not exclude responsibilities CCD has under applicable law.
We welcome honest customer feedback. Submissions must be truthful, lawful, and respectful and must not infringe another person's rights or include harmful software or misleading identities.
Our private feedback form sends your message to CCD and does not automatically post it publicly. We will ask your permission before publishing privately submitted feedback as a testimonial. If you submit a review through a feature clearly identified as public, you authorize us to display that review and the display name you provide, subject to that feature's notices and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or fraudulent content; we do not require positive feedback.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, including order information, pickup contact details, email subscriptions, and feedback.
We share information with Shopify and other service providers to operate the store. Those providers may process information outside your country. Depending on enabled Shopify features, Shopify may also process information to provide services based on your interactions with other merchants and Shopify. We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website feature will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, website services are provided as available, without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.
To the extent permitted by law, CCD and its personnel and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory product warranties, or remedies required by consumer law. Our published policies and applicable law govern product problems and order remedies.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CCD harmless from third-party claims and reasonable related costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or infringement of another person's rights. This does not require you to cover claims caused by CCD's own unlawful conduct or override protections provided by applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable where they live.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms and the referenced policies form the agreement governing website use and purchases, subject to any other terms expressly agreed with you and applicable law.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the terms of an existing purchase unless permitted by law or agreed with you. Additional notice will be given where required.
