I placed an order and I want to cancel it now. What do I need to do?
We are sorry you want to cancel your order, but we understand that this can happen. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We ask that you read our Shipping and Return Policy, which is available on every product page and throughout our website: Shipping Policy | Return Policy. Cancellation Policy:
Should you decide to cancel an order after the shipping label has been created, you will be charged a $25 restocking fee plus the full shipping amount. Once the shipping label has been created, it means that we have not only pulled and packed your order but also incurred the charge for processing the label itself.
What do I do if my tracking number says my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it?
If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Guest Services Team immediately at info@creatingcountrydecor.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Why does it take up to 15 days to ship some items?
To provide you with the best quality and price, we work with a variety of vendors and don’t always have items in stock in our own physical warehouse. In those instances, the selected product has to be processed through an outside vendor before we can ship it to you.
I've been looking for a particular item and it says SOLD OUT... Will you get more in stock?
We are sorry you missed out, but we do offer a notification email once the item comes back in stock! You can sign up for each item that you wish to be notified about on the product page of that item.

Are there any additional costs using Shop Pay?
For installment orders split into four biweekly payments, there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees. For installment orders paid in monthly payments, interest rates from 10 to 36% APR apply. To read more about ShopPay, visit here.
Does using Shop Pay Installments impact my credit score?
If you choose to pay for your order in four biweekly installments, your credit score is not impacted. If you choose to pay for your order in monthly payments and don’t make your payments on time, your credit score might be affected. Only monthly payment options might impact a customer's credit score.
Can I purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments?
No, you cannot buy gift cards using Shop Pay Installments.
Can I purchase subscription products using Shop Pay Installments?
No, you cannot buy subscription products using Shop Pay Installments.
What repayment methods are accepted by ShopPay?
ShopPay Installments is available for purchases made using a credit and debit card (Capital One cards are not accepted). Customers who choose a monthly payment option can only pay with a debit card. For more information about ShopPay, visit here.

I still have items in my shopping cart, and now your site says they are sold out! Will I still be able to get them?
Unfortunately, you missed out. Having an item in your shopping cart does not hold it for you, and the item cannot be confirmed until you have completed the checkout process. Sorry!
