Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline

At MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC, we prioritize the timely dispatch of your orders. Our shipping process is as follows:

  • Processing Time: In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-15 business days from the purchase date.
  • Delivery Time: After leaving our shipping center, your order should arrive within 1-5 business days, contingent upon your chosen shipping preferences.

Shipping Costs and Options

  • US Rates (Contiguous 48 States):

  • We are currently running a flat rate shipping promotion: starting 08/18/24

    • Orders from $1.00 to $99.99: $12.99 Flat rate shipping applies.
    • Orders of $100 and up: Free shipping.

    Note: This promotion only applies to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. And are subject to change at any time.

    Shipping charges for orders outside the promotion are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either UPS or FedEx.

  • US Rates (Outside the Contiguous 48 States): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for UPS. We do not offer free shipping on any orders outside of the contiguous 48 states.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada. Shipping costs include any added shipping and handling fees. Free shipping discounts do not apply to international shipments. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the delivery of stocked items. Express shipping is unavailable, and certain items cannot ship internationally. Important Shipping Information

  • Accuracy of Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC, is not liable for any delivery issues arising from an incorrect address entered at checkout. Once the shipping label has been created, you will need to purchase additional shipping for a new label if necessary. After your purchase leaves the shipping center, we can no longer offer a new shipping label. You will need to contact the shipping carrier to discuss your options, and any fees incurred during this process are your responsibility.

  • Forwarding Services: We do not recommend using a forwarding service and are not accountable for any shipments using such methods once the package reaches the forwarding service’s address.

  • Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days. During promotional events or holidays, orders may experience delays.

  • Order Confirmation: When your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. Check your junk and spam folders if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Product Availability

We strive to provide the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly if a product’s availability date changes. For additional information, contact our Guest Services Team.

Pricing Policy

All prices in our stores and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes per state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders for those items.

Customs and Import Duties

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. This applies to international and Canadian orders.

Cancellation and Restocking

If you cancel your order after the shipping label has been created, you will be charged the full shipping amount plus a $25 restocking fee. This is also the case for orders that have qualified for free shipping. Once the  label has been created your order has been packed and shipping has been paid for. Therefore all charges incurred will be the obligation of the customer to pay.

All fees and shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount before refunded back to the customer by MS designs, Creating Country Decor LLC. 

Once your order has shipped you will be unable to cancel your order. Refer to our Return/Refund Policy 

Policy Changes

Our shipping policy may change at any time without notification. Any changes, including adjustments to shipping charges, will be updated here in our Shipping Policy.
