Holiday Shipping,(to the 48 contiguous states)

To ensure you receive your order on or before December 24th, the latest order date is December 9th. All orders placed after that date may or may not be received before the Holiday.  We are woking hard to get all orders out as quickly as posable.  

Shipping Times
Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will ship within 3-15 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our shipping center, it should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences.

Items with "This Item Will Ship Next Business Day" will be processed and shipped out of our store the next business day.  This doesn't mean we will ship your purchase next business day with the mail carrier. We may change the shipping carrier once your order has been processed and is ready to ship out to you. We want to get your package to you as quick as posable and if we find a carrier offers a quicker ship time, we will chose that carrier once we are ready to crate the shipping label. We do not notify you of this before we change the shipping carrier.  You will always be sent tracking info once your order has shipped and that is when you will see the change if there was one made.

You the customer are responsible for making sure we have the correct shipping address.  MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC, is not responsible or reliable for incorrect shipping address enter in the checkout process.  We do not encourage the use of a forwarding service and are not responsible for shipments using such methods once the package arrives at the order's shipping address.

Once the shipping label has been punched and created, you the customer will need to purchase additional shipping to create a new label. Once your purchase has left the shipping center we can no longer offer a new shipping label.  At this point you the customer will need to contact the shipping carrier to discuss your options. Any and all fees or cost occurred during this process is the sole responsibility of you the customer and MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC, can not and will not be held reliable for any cost that occurs.  Contact Gust Services with questions by phone 740.202.9207


Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.

Most items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require additional processing time. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside the contiguous U.S. Please contact the Guest Services Team at info@creatingcountrydecor.com if you live in Alaska or Hawaii and have any further questions about shipping.

US Rates (Contiguous 48 States)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either UPS or USPS.   For the contiguous 48 states are available on product pages under Shipping and Returns. 


Standard Shipping - U.S.

We ship most U.S. orders via UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.

Please note:

We ship Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.   When your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox.

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product's availability date changes. Please contact our Guest Services Team for additional information.

Pricing Policy
All prices in our stores and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

That our shipping police can change at any time without notification to our customers.  If our shipping police changes or if we change the shipping charges it will be updated here in our Shipping Police.

 

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Free shipping discounts and offers listed on our website or on social media do not apply to international shipments.

Countries we are able to ship to include Australia, Europe and Canada.

We hope to provide more shipping options overseas in the future. We do not encourage the use of a forwarding service and are not responsible for shipments using such methods once the package arrives at the order's shipping address.

All items eligible for international shipping will ship from the U.S. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Your order's shipping cost will include any added shipping and handling costs incurred. Free shipping discounts do not apply to international shipments.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of stocked items. Express shipping is not available. Select items cannot ship internationally. Please contact the Guest Services Team for further information.

All international addresses, please contact our Guest Services Team by email info@creatingcountrydecor.com to find out if we will be able to ship to your address and to find out what additional shipping charges will be added to your order.

  1. Please note that if we do ship internationally to you it could take an additional 15 days to ship to you.
  2. At this time you may not be able to check out internationally until you contact our Guest Services Team  email: info@creatingcountrydecor.com
  3. Shipping internationally does have additional fees/charges that could be added to your cart before you check out.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any custom taxes or duties. Any custom or important duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.
