Loyalty Points Program

How it works

  • We have updated our Loyalty Points Program.  You will see the Loyalty Points Program widget at the bottom right side of the home page. It is there you can create an account or sign in if you already have an account.  This is where you will see all the loyalty points you have earned and ways to earn even more points.  This is also the place you will see how/if you are able to redeem points for $ off your purchase. 
  • We will send out emails each time you receive new points and monthly reminders that you have point ready to redeem. So you will want to make sure our emails are not going to your spam/junk folder.
  • Above is what the widget looks like once you create/sign in to your account.  You will all see FAQ in the top right corner of the widget. This is a great place to find answers to your questions.  We will update the FAQ section as needed. We also attached a few of the FAQ's below to give you an idea of some of the valuable information you will find in the FAQ section. 
  • This is a points-based system where customers earn points for every dollar you spend. Every dollar is worth 1 point and you will receive a $10 reward for every 100 points you earn.
  • As you earn points will see them in your widget when you sign in. This will keep track of the points you earn and the points you redeem. Everything you need will be right at your fingertips. 
  • There may be times we randomly add points to customer accounts for different reasons, like promotions, gifts, etc. 
  • At no time can your CCD loyalty discount be traded or cashed in for cash money or credited to a debit or credit card that you punched your oder with. All orders returned/cancelled for any reason and reimbursed will be minus the amount of CCD discount used at checkout. All loyalty points used to purchased items that have been returned/ cancelled will be reloaded to your account once reviewed and approved by management and may take up to 10 business days to be reloaded once approved. You will be notified by email of all decisions made.

What is this? 

We wanted to show our appreciation to you with our exclusive loyalty points program. By creating a personalized account, you'll earn points for activities on our site, like purchases and liking/following us on social media. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Who can join?

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including crating an account, making purchases, and liking/following us on social media. To see all the ways, you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.

How do I redeem my points?

Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
