Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and Issues
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact our Guest Services Team at info@creatingcountrydecor.com to verify stock availability for a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will offer a refund minus all shipping fees. If your item was purchased with free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping cost. If your item was purchased with free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to cancel an order after the shipping label has been created, you will be charged a $25 restocking fee plus the full shipping amount. Please note that if your item was purchased with free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.
Sale & Clearance Items Policy
All items purchased as part of a sale, promotion, or clearance event are considered final sale and are nonrefundable. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If a sale or clearance item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and proof of purchase so we can assess the issue. Claims for damaged items will be handled in accordance with our shipping insurance policies.

International Returns/Exchange
All sales are final for items shipped internationally, with no refunds available.
