Returns/Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (please retain your email "Confirmation of Order" & Order # as your receipt).
  • Return Process: To start a return, contact our Guest Services Team at info@creatingcountrydecor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
  • Shipping Fees: Items eligible for return can be returned, less all shipping fees. If your item was purchased with free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your return credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and refused shipments will incur a return shipping cost.
  • Returns on Unwanted Items: If you change your mind about an item, we do not offer a refund but will provide a gift card for future purchases. The gift card amount will be minus the original shipping cost. MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC, is not responsible for return shipping costs, and we strongly urge purchasing shipping insurance for return packages. We will not accept items damaged during the return shipping process.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection and Reporting: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our Guest Services Team immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Damage During Shipping: All packages are insured through the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 3 days at info@creatingcountrydecor.com. We will guide you through the claim submission process. Refunds for shipping damage will be issued within 5 business days of the carrier’s decision. If the claim is denied, we will issue a gift card for the purchase amount minus shipping charges.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact our Guest Services Team at info@creatingcountrydecor.com to verify stock availability for a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will offer a refund minus all shipping fees. If your item was purchased with free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.  Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping cost. If your item was purchased with free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel an order after the shipping label has been created, you will be charged a $25 restocking fee plus the full shipping amount. Please note that if your item was purchased with free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.

International Returns/Exchange

All sales are final for items shipped internationally, with no refunds available.
