RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (please retain your email "Confirmation of Order" & Order # as your receipt).
If you received FREE SHIPPING on your purchase, It will be up to you to purchase the return shipping label, once the return has been approved by MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC. We do NOT  offer free returns on sales that received free shipping at purchase. We do offer free returns on all orders pending you purchased the shipping cost on your purchase at checkout.

To start a return, you can contact our Guest Services Team at infor@creatingcountrydecor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our Guest Services Team immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges


I only replace items if they are DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. Please first contact our Guest Services Team at info@creatingcountrydecor.com with the reasoning for exchange and I will verify that I have a replacement product to be sent out. If for some reason I do not have an exchange in stock, I will offer you a full refund for the original purchase. You have 7 days to submit an exchange request from the date of delivery. 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping cost of your original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns On Unwanted Items  

If you have changed your mind about an item you purchased and wish to return it we do NOT offer a refund.  We will offer you a gift card to be used on a future purchase from MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC. The gift card amount will be minus the original shipping cost at purchase.  MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC, is not responsible for the return shipping cost and we strongly urge you to purchase shipping insurance on your return package.  MS Designs, Crating Country Decor LLC, will not be expected to accept any return items that have been damaged in the shipping process of returning an unwanted item to us. MS Designs, Creating Country Decor LLC, will not accept any unapproved returns, you must first contact our Guest Services Team at info@creatingcountrydecor.com for you return to be approved. Once your return has been approved we will send you instructions on how and where to return your purchase.

Once the shipping label has been created it means that we have not only pulled and packed your order but incurred the charge for processing the label itself. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGE

All sales are final and no refund will be issued on items shipped internationally.
