We are so sorry you want to cancel your order, but we do understand sometimes this can happen.  If you need to cancel you order you need to contact us as quickly as possible.  We do ask that you read our Shipping and Return Policy that is available on every product page and throughout our website. CANCELLATION POLICY                                                                                                                                                            

Should you decide to cancel an order after the shipping label has been created, you will be charged a $25 restocking fee + the full shipping amount. Once the shipping label has been created it means that we have not only pulled and packed your order but incurred the charge for processing the label itself. 



Unfortunately there is nothing we can do.  We can not be held responsible for missing/ stolen packages if tracking says it was delivered to the final location. Please contact the mail carrier with the tracking number and they can help track down  the missing package. 

To get the best quality and price we work with a variety of vendors and don't always have items in our own physical warehouse.  In those instances we must process that product(s) from one of our outside venders before we can ship it to you.  Most times we have a limited number of the items we offer in our physical stock but we are a small business and limited on space and therefore rely on vendors to house items for us at a larger warehouse.


We are so sorry you missed out, but we do offer a notification email once the item comes back in stock! You can sign up for each item that you wish to be notified about, on the product page of that item.

For installment orders that are split into four biweekly payments, there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees.

For installment orders that are paid for in monthly payments, interest rates from 10 to 36% APR apply.

If you chooses to pay for your order in monthly payments, and don't make your payments on time, then your credit score might be affected. Only monthly payment options might impact a customer's credit score.

ShopPay Installments is available for purchases made using a credit and debit card. (Capital One cards are not accepted).

Customers that choose a monthly payment option can only pay with a debit card.
